In January 1980, CEE GEE'S Auto Wrecking was started by partners Cliff Porter and Glenn Robertson. CEE GEE'S got its name from the first letters of both of the partners’ names. Prior to their partnership, Cliff and Glenn both worked in the body shop trade as manager and shop foreman for 7 years. In December 2003, they both retired after working together successfully for over 30 years.

Today, CEE GEE'S is owned by Glenn’s son, Derrik Robertson, who has 40 years of experience in the Auto Recycling industry all with CEE GEE’S. Derrik joined CEE GEES in January of 1981 intent on growing the business from the beginning. Alongside Derrik is Counterman Matt Nicholson who has 19 years of experience in the auto recycling industry, and has been with CEE GEES for the past 16 years. Derrik’s son Mark joined us 6 years ago and is successfully learning our industry. We are a Certified Recycler through the Automotive Retailers Association [ARA] program. Every employee has completed the Certified Automotive Recycler course and is [ARA]  certified. Both Derrik and Matt have completed an automotive airbag recycling course and are trained to deal with recycled airbags.
